E-mail response time

We receive many e-mail messages every day. We generally respond to incoming e-mail within 36 hours. If you are a Canadian physician enquiring about our services, please indicate that clearly in your e-mail, and a response to your e-mail will be given priority. If you are a Canadian medical transcriptionist and/or if you have questions about employment, MT education, or outsourcing, please check out our Employment Issues web page. We do not accept MT applications from outside of Canada, and when we receive e-mail concerning the same, we do not respond. We also do not respond to SPAM or MASS e-mail messages. However, if you send us a message from one of our e-mail links on our web site and you receive no response... it may be that we have not received your message, the setup of your browser may not be compatible. In such case please e-mail us the conventional way, we appreciate your effort.
