We are currently looking for qualified MTs with at least 2 years Ophthalmology , Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Cardiology, Urology, Respiratory or Neuropsychological transcription experience.
In general, applicants should have:
- Excellent time management skills.
- Self-discipline to work from home.
- Enjoy challenging work.
- Typing speed of 60 wpm or better.
- Have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of hospital / radiology related experience and should have some or all of the listed specialties below:
- General surgery
- Orthopaedics
- Oncology
- Cardiology
- Neurology
- Gynaecology
- Other
Equipment and tools required:
- High speed internet.
- MS Word 2000 or higher
- FTP software ( you may want to check out http://www.ftpvoyager.com )
- Wave pedal and headphones ( we can assist you with this )
- Medical dictionaries
- Fax machine ( very useful, but not critical )
General MT Requirements.
- This posting is open only to MTs who are Canadian residents.
